The Standard of Excellence

The Standard of Excellence – How Quality Control is Measured and Maintained

The lives of our clients depend on the quality of our work and we feel the weight of that responsibility every day. And not just for our clients in violent countries, but for every client in every country. In the moments of personal combat, fighting for your life is much the same no matter what is the name of the ground upon which you stand and this is why we hold the same exacting standards the world over.

Each lesson has corresponding Key Performance Indicators (physical demonstrations) that provide clear structure and definition every step of the way.

If you do not have the videos and are working only hands-on, you can use the KPI’s to map your progress to the Trainer level.

Bear in mind, the videos present the exact requirements to be a Trainer and will be enormously helpful in enhancing your progress.

When you feel confident you can explain and demonstrate the KPI’s then you can request to enter the company’s no-charge Standard of Excellence coaching program.

Our SoE program coaches Trainers for FREE until they achieve 100% preparedness (you only fail if you quit) for three important reasons:

1)      Clients deserve the assurance that Trainers are 100% prepared to teach them.

2)      Trainers deserve to be and feel confident that they are 100% prepared to teach their clients.

3)      Our company has an obligation to ensure the Trainers we license are 100% prepared, such that we can withstand external scrutiny, and we have a responsibility to all of our licensees to maintain the standard from which they all benefit.

Presently there is no fee to present yourself to determine exactly which things you may need to improve upon and receive detailed coaching advice on how to achieve it. Instructors volunteer to do this as a courtesy to you and the company.

If you have deficiencies to correct that require you to take lessons from an Instructor to correct them (and it doesn’t have to be the Instructor who coached you) then you will incur that Instructor’s rates.
